The Translation Management Framework “ontram” of Andrä AG is an intelligent and fully web-based solution for translation management, which has proven very successful in numerous different applications since 2003.

ontram enables browser-based translation and editing of texts independent of the data format of the source document. The translation memory, preview function, integrated change management and other productivity functions support the user, document the editing status and ensure a seamless co-operation of project participants.

The Translation Management Framework (ontram) now has more than 1000 users, who use ontram every year for more than 10.000 translations with a total volume of more than 10 million lines of text in no less than 40 languages.

Fields of Application

ontram can be used everywhere where contents have to be localized regularly. Also when existing processes and systems already support multilingualism, it is often useful to store the translation and review processes in a professional translation system.
