We will ensure that our resources are always sufficiently available. At the same time we consciously follow our growth process and at regular intervals we take the time to adapt our organisation and structures to our growth.

Andrä AG is a learning organisation. Technical innovation is no end in itself for us but should always yield direct advantages for our users and customers. We invest a large part of our company profits in the development of new methods. Innovation also includes process innovation. Here we also face the daily challenge to optimise results, save time and to create more transparent processes.
